1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Ultika's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Ultika provides the following services:
- Airport and intercity transfers
- Executive transportation services
- Self-drive car rental
- Wedding and event transportation
- Corporate transportation solutions
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
3.2 Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
3.3 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pick-up location, destination, date, and time.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing: All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.
4.3 Deposit: A deposit may be required for certain bookings, especially for long-term rentals.
4.4 Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for services such as waiting time, additional stops, highway tolls, or parking fees.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made 24+ hours before service: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before service: No refund
5.2 Cancellation by Ultika: If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangement at no extra cost.
6. Driver and Vehicle Requirements
6.1 For Self-Drive Rentals:
- Valid driver's license (held for minimum 2 years)
- Minimum age of 21 years (25 for luxury vehicles)
- Valid identification or passport
- Security deposit as specified in the rental agreement
6.2 Vehicle Condition: You must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, with a full tank of fuel.
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Be punctual for scheduled pick-ups
- Treat our vehicles and drivers with respect
- Not smoke in vehicles unless permitted
- Not transport illegal substances or items
- Follow all traffic laws when driving rental vehicles
- Report any accidents or damages immediately
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Insurance Coverage: All our vehicles are fully insured for transportation services. Rental vehicles include basic insurance coverage.
8.2 Liability Limitations: Ultika is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
8.3 Damages: Customers are responsible for any damage to rental vehicles not covered by insurance, resulting from negligence or misuse.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ultika and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Skopje, North Macedonia.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
